Your Exit Strategy
The exit strategy I plan to use it to hold on to the company for my life and hand it down to family. I have never really felt like I would sell a business unless I really needed to for a reason unknown. I choose this strategy because I have grown up in a family centered environment so I would do everything for my family first then I worry about other things. I believe that my strategy has influenced my decisions in the opportunity as I try and make sure that I will be able to spend time in my family and not all of it in the business. I chose to do things that don’t take away from that time. I try to make sure that I have a set time to be working and then after I don’t completely forget about it but it’s on the back burner.
Hey Ishan,
ReplyDeleteI really like your planned exit strategy. I think handing it down through the family has its ups and downs as an exit strategy. For one, you cannot always guarantee that the next family member is going to be qualified to takeover your company. For what you are planning like a streaming service, you would definitely need someone who is capable to run your company. At the same time handing it down through the family is good as you can trust what you are getting and make sure your family has job security.
