Opportunity

            There is a huge group of people that watch sports, in that there are many that want to watch a specific team but can’t as they are not subscribed to the network. There is also a group that wants to watch sports that may not be on tv due to country or popularity. The need is for these people that want to watch a sport, but they don’t have access to it for any sort of reason. The nature of the need is that the people want a service that they can watch all sports that they want doesn’t matter the team or region. The forces that cause this are that leagues only sells rights to certain channels and only certain regions get certain games. The market is the entire world as every sport is available and every person that watches sports is a possible customer. Currently they buy the expensive network pass to each league that they want to watch they could be swayed for a better option. The opportunity is very big as there is great potential. Window is pretty big as sports will be around for a while. 

Innovation

            The service I provide is a sports streaming site where we provide every single sport on earth for a single price. It will make watching sports easier as you just have to go to one site to watch whatever sport that you would like to watch. I will sell the site for a monthly fee that will be cheaper than having to buy the multiple passes for the year. 

Venture Concept

            My service will help people watch the team they want and the sport they want without hassle and all for one fee instead of multiple for every league. They will buy it as it will lower cost to one fee instead of multiple fees. I think that people will switch to save money with one fee instead of multiple. Competitors are non as no other service is like this, but the leagues are possible competition and their cost is a weakness. The points play a good part as support and experience is key to a streaming service. The business would need a good amount to ensure the site is running smoothly as well as all sport continue to provide the sport. I can also sell this to business like bars as they would like to be able to provide sports to their guest without having to buy all the league passes. 

Minor Element 

            My unfair advantage is that there is no other service like it and competitors will find it hard to provide the same amount for the same cost. The next step is that they get it straight to their tv and don’t have to stream from computer. I want to be a stable company that continues to provide the sports to the world. 

Feedback 

            One comment I received is that ESPN + has started to provide sports for a subscription. I agree that they have started to provide sports however they don’t provide all sports as they don’t have every game available only the ones that they have the rights to. I would make my service so that every game is available for every sport. 

Changes
           I haven’t changed much just added that there is another group the sports bars that may also purchase the service as they would cut cost of buying the league passes.
