Very knowledgeable in sports: I watch almost every sport and keep up to date with sports news. I feel that I have a knowledge about many sports that many people may not even follow.
Relatable: I can see things from many different points of view which helps when communicating and understanding others.
Dedicated: Once I start something, I like to see it through to the end. I will always try until it is no longer possible to accomplish the task.
Compassionate: I feel that I am very accepting of everyone and try to make sure that everyone is performing and doing well.
Organized: I am very organized I live to stay on top of all my stuff by making sure I know where it is as well as making sure that my environment in clean.

He said that I am knowledge in many areas of life. He said I know something about almost everything.
He talks about my ability to get anything done. He says that if I apply myself, I can accomplish anything.
He talks how I am good at thinking outside the box and being a confident leader. I also work well with others getting input from all.
He talks about my organization and how it helps me stay on top of things. Also talks about my knowledge of sports and how I follow all of them.
He talks about how I seek out knowledge that I don’t know by admitting I’m wrong. Also talks about how I don’t back down if I’m right.
Reflection
I learned that I have a similar assessment of myself as do others. I think that one difference I did spot is that they said that I work well with others and that wasn’t really something that I thought of. Another difference was they saw an outside the box mentality that I didn’t see. I think it is because when you think about yourself you don’t look for those things. I think that in compassionate I would add that I work well with others.
Hey Ishan, listening to all the sound bites was interesting as it allowed us to hear the qualities and the way they worded it. It was awesome that you seem to have many qualities of an entrepreneur. Thinking outside the box, and organization skills are very important. At least, thats what I think. Those qualities can really help make something happen and your idea seems to be outside the box since it can be so widespread or even particular depending on what the consumer wants. You definitely exemplify the qualities they told about you and it was nice to see that your assessment was similar.
